Taking place from July 5th to July 9th 2021, the first edition of this Bordeaux Summer School, entitled "Advanced materials for energy storage and conversion", gathered 46 participants and consisted of 5 half-day sessions of remote learning as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Course content trained future leaders in the field of energy materials for energy conversion and storage, and included practical sessions as well as a capstone. The presence of industrial stakeholders also allowed participants to benefit from a practical and engineering science-based approach to teaching.
