Registration

Please note that the registration deadline is May 22^nd, 2022. Only applicants that have received an official admission confirmation may attend this course.

In order to benefit from the reduced registration rates reserved for students from the University of Bordeaux or partner institutions* , proof of enrollment or a letter of support will be required when completing your registration. Your participation will be automatically cancelled if your supporting documents do not comply.

Warning: once you have selected your status, you must complete the information form and proceed with the payment of your participation fee in order for your registration to be valid.

You will not be able to log in at a later date to complete or modify your registration data. Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend all participants purchase a cancellation insurance while booking their trips. Within the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the University of Bordeaux cannot be held responsible for any government-imposed travel restrictions (either by France or another country).

*Partner institutions: members of the ENLIGHT consortium, the French-Australian research network on Conversion and Energy Storage for stand-alone and maritime applications (IRN-FACES), the Québec Center for Advanced Materials (QCAM) and Université Laval.
